A collaboration between New Jersey’s Top 2 Rising Star Chef’s: Our very own Chef Robbie Felice and Chef AJ Capella of Jockey Hollow.
These young talents have been making a big impact on the NJ dining scene and are just getting started.
Both Robbie and AJ have a long history together starting in high school and then moving on to the Culinary Institute of America. Later they started a pop-up dinner series that was a huge success
They are now teaming up again in the restaurants they helm with a special 4-course meal you won’t want to miss out on.
