This warm weather has us craving a respite from the hearty flavors of winter. For a bite of pure springy flavor, try the fazzoletti pasta at Viaggio Ristorante in Wayne. The primi course of chef Robbie Felice’s menu features house-made fazzoletti, which translates to “handkerchiefs” in Italian (the delicate squares do, in fact, resemble handkerchiefs). Each sheet of the thin pasta is pounded with herbs and preserved Meyer lemon butter. The dish is then topped with bright greens and edible flower petals for a colorful effect. $20, Viaggio Ristorante, 1055 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, 973-706-7277, viaggioristorante.com.
