The Wayne-based Italian restaurant specializes in “pared down dishes” with a farm-to-table mantra. Viaggio receives their ingredients from farms throughout the area including Stillwell and Fossil Farms. The menu here is loaded with creative innovations on classic Italian dishes like gnocchi with duck ragu ($20), and wild boar osso buco ($36).
